Delivery within mainland France

The carrier is authorized by Shopstore to leave packages at the entrance of the store or building; no deliveries will be made to upper floors. Shopstore reserves the right to split deliveries if one or more items are unavailable. If the delivery timeframe is exceeded, as indicated to the customer by email, the customer will have the option to cancel their order or wait without incurring any financial penalty. Delivery is considered complete upon the product being made available to the customer.

It is the Client's responsibility to inspect shipments upon arrival and to make any reservations or claims that appear justified.
If the delivered products do not conform in nature or quality to the specifications indicated on the delivery note, the Client must, under penalty of forfeiture, submit their claims within eight (8) days of delivery.
